Jill Meyer2023-05-17The hurricane damaged a third of my pool cage and ripped out many screens. New model was the only company that looked at the challenge and said they could fix it. Eddy and Osleidi were here every day working hard and doing a great job. We ran into a few snags, but they were more than willing to do what was needed to be done. Hector was also always responsive and would answer our calls quickly and come to the house to answer any of our questions.

Victoria was the best and she was responsive by text, phone, email answering my questions. This house is going on the market and she bent over backwards to get us in sooner since no other damages could be repaired till this was done, professional, personable, great work And timely. They scraped the entire Lanai down, painted it, replaced the screws and put in new doors, anchors & rescreened it. It looks new again. Highly recommend this company and team! J Gourley
